Results of the Financial Bids
for
Outsourcing of CPV Services in Sri Lanka

Reference to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for outsourcing of CPV services at High Commission of India, Colombo; Assistant High Commission of India, Kandy; Consulate General of India in Jaffna and Consulate General of India in Hambantota.

The financial bids of the following firms were opened on 1 April 2026, following their qualification at the technical bid stage.

(i) M/s VF Worldwide Holdings Pvt. Ltd.

(ii) M/s Alhind Tours and Travels Private Limited.

(iii) M/s Du digital Global Ltd

The declaration of results of opening of the financial bid was organized in a hybrid format on 21 April 2026 and M/s Alhind Tours and Travels Private Limited has been declared L1 bidder at quoted all inclusive service fee of LKR 895 /-, with the approval of the Competent Authority.
