Reference Request for Proposal for Outsourcing of CPV Services in Sri Lanka published on 3rd February, 2025. 

2. It is informed that pre-bid meeting for the tender will be held at High Commission of India, Colombo (No.36-38, Galle Road, Colombo-3) on 10th February, 2025 (Monday) at 1530 hrs. Interested bidders, who are unable to attend physical meeting, may participate virtually and may request the link for virtual meeting by sending an email at admn3.colombo@mea.gov.in.

3. Only one Representative from each of the bidding company may join the physical meeting. The details of the representative of the company who would be attending the meeting physically/virtually on 10th February, 2025 may be shared at admn3.colombo@mea.gov.in well in advance.
