Pilot Housing Project

A short while ago, Hon’ble Minister of External Affairs of India, Shri S.M. Krishna launched the Pilot Housing Project of one thousand houses at Ariyalai . The pilot project is part of Government of India’s commitment to build fifty thousand houses for Internally Displaced Persons in the Northern, Eastern and Central Provinces of Sri Lanka. Hindustan Prefab Limited, an Indian company, will execute this pilot project.
