Hon. Mr. Yashwant Sinha, M.P., to deliver the 13th Dudley Senanayake Memorial Lecture

Hon. Mr. Yashwant Sinha, M.P., former Minister of Finance and former Minister of External Affairs of India, will deliver the 13th Dudley Senanayake Memorial Lecture on Thursday, 22 July 2010, at 1800 hrs at the Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies Auditorium, BMICH, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo-7. Mr. Yashwant Sinha is the first Indian dignitary to deliver the Memorial Lecture.
