Board of Directors of the India- Sri Lanka Foundation during its 30th Meeting approved financial assistance to Educational Social and Cultural Organization (ESCO) for air travel expenses for 10 members (7 disabled artists and 3 ESCO peace art officials) to visit New Delhi to attend “Sambhav Festival” during 7-11 November 2013.

Colombo Secretariat, under its Student Exchange Programme, organized an educational visit to India for Seven students and One accompanying teacher from Zahira College, Colombo. The principal along with Seven students visited Bal Bharati Public School, New Delhi from 15-22 April, 2013.
“The Early Sri Lankan Cinema and its Association with the South Indian Film Industry” - a book authored by Mr. Ashley Ratnavibushana & Mr. M.L.M Mansoor & published with the support of India- Sri Lanka Foundation was launched at National Film Cooperation Auditorium on the 24th February 2013.
During its 29th Meeting the Board of Directors of the India-Sri Lanka Foundation approved financial assistance for a proposal received by Shantiniketan Friends Colombo, to conduct the first Festival of Santiniketan Friends "Char Adhayaya". Under the festival, an Art and Sculpture Exhibition took place during 15-17th October and a Dancing and Musical Event at the John DE Silva Memorial Hall on 16th October 2012.
The Board of Directors of the India-Sri Lanka Foundation during its 28th meeting approved financial assistance for a proposal received by Mr.Nilan Maligaspe of Arpeggio Creative Dance Academy to stage a dance performance and conduct learning exchange programs at the Mahabodhi school in Ladakh, India. The performance took place during 3-9th September 2012 at Ladakh, India.
India-Sri Lanka Foundation approved partial financial assistance for a proposal received from Mr. Kumar Vikas Saxena of Empowerment, New Delhi, including airfare and accommodation for ten artists for seven days for the second edition of the Indo-Sri Lanka art camp for young artists entitled “Colours of Harmony-II in India.
