Limited tender enquiry for supply of four wheel tractors and agricultural implements in Northern and Eastern Province of Sri Lanka
High Commission of India, Colombo invites sealed quotations under the two bid system (technical and financial) from authorized dealers/sales agents of Original Indian Manufacturers based in Sri Lanka for supply of 500 nos. four wheel tractors and agricultural implements, viz., 9-tine tiller, rotovator, cage wheel and two-furrow disk plough. The supplier needs to have an existing service network in the island, particularly in Northern Province.
You are accordingly requested to submit your bid (technical and financial) in a sealed cover marked “Limited tender enquiry for supply of four wheel tractors and implements in Sri Lanka” so as to reach latest by 3.00 P.M. on 20 September, 2010. The technical bid and the financial bid should be sealed by the bidder in separate covers duly superscribed thus and both these sealed covers are to be put in a bigger cover which should also be sealed and duly superscribed. The bid may be deposited with the undersigned at the High Commission of India. The bid may include all the details and meet terms and conditions as provided in Annexure B.
The sealed quotations (technical bids) will be opened in presence of authorized representatives of bidders at 3.30 PM on 20/09/2010 in the High Commission of India.
