India International Textile Expo held in Colombo
India International Textile Expo was organized by PDEXCIL from 21-23 February. Minister of Special Assignments Hon'ble Dr. Sarath Amunugama inaugurated the exhibition. In his speech Hon'ble Minister noted that Sri Lanka sourcing of textile material from India, and transforming it into apparel and garments for rest of the world, could lead to win-win situation for both the countries.
